I work in a very structured way. I have rules for almost everything, and I've found that not everyone is aware of how or why they do what they do. This is why I look for people who don't shy away from open conversations about the why, so we can learn from each other.

I follow coding guidelines best described by "Clean Code" author Robert C. Martin (aka Uncle Bob). He is not only known for his books but also as one of the original authors of the Agile Manifesto.
